One of the most anticipated , controversial and important road projects Caribbean coast is now a reality . At 11:30 am , President Juan Manuel Santos Calderon officially gave the green light to the Ring Road Malecon Crespo, a traffic solution that connects Via del Mar and Avenida Santander and decongest vehicular traffic Crespo neighborhood.

The president Alto Crespo arrived at the tunnel , accompanied by the Minister of Transport , Natalia Abello , and Vice President , Germán Vargas Lleras , to give official opening . With investments of over 160,000 million pesos, this is the first work of its kind that is constituted within a marine environment in the country , and becomes the path from the north to Cartagena.

COASTAL PROTECTION SOLUTION VIAL AND PARK
